GEOINT Systems Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) role as a Subject Matter Expert of a dynamic team providing Systems Engineering support to the government stakeholder. Below are a few of the responsibilities of a Ground Systems Engineer.

Performs technical planning, systems integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analysis for total system
Develops architectures, CONOPS, Interfaces, with significant domain knowledge in mission technical capabilities and performance
Provide system end to end closure of requirements baseline for ground systems
Follow readiness processes for Integration and Closure (I&C)
Coordinate with stakeholders across the enterprise, including action tracking and follow-up
Provide support to system integration of new initiatives for expanded mission capabilities

Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly
Requires BS/BA with demonstrated experience in IT /Ground Systems/Space systems
Experience with large acquisition systems engineering efforts, methods, and processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and energetic environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong business acumen; ability to relate professionally inside the work environment
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
Demonstrated ability to communicate with team lead to prioritize tasks

Experience with Intelligence Community (IC) customer or Department of Defense (DoD)
Knowledge of IT and Ground systems
