What is a GEOINT Systems Engineer responsible for in this role?
GEOINT Systems Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) role as a Subject Matter Expert of a dynamic team providing Systems Engineering support to the government stakeholder.

Will be responsible for supporting and/or leading GEOINT integration and closure initiatives for current and future systems through the Systems Engineering lifecycle readiness events and must have strong GEOINT systems engineering background and space and ground domain knowledge in customer mission technical capabilities and performance.

The selected candidate will provide subject matter expertise and best practices to teams reviewing and assessing CONOPS and architecture products, supporting the review and assessment of requirements for adequacy to meet the mission needs, assessing system and segment schedule and risks, leading readiness and release planning events in support of system acquisition milestones, and supporting the integration of new systems and initiatives in support of expanded GEOINT mission capabilities.
Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly

Requires 8 to 10 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years with MS/MA or 3 to 5 years with a PhD

Bachelor's (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, or related scientific or technical discipline with 8 - 10 yrs of experience, or a Master's with 6 - 8 yrs of experience.
